My Story

Years ago, I stumbled into a yoga studio looking for a good stretch. I ended up being the only student, so I told the teacher about all my problems: I started many companies and failed at all.

"I'm great at starting things but not great at finishing them..."

The teacher said she had a meditation just for that. She said, "30 days, 100 days, 1000 days in a row, then it will be a habit"

Starting with 11 minutes per day, I eventually reached thousands of days in a row. My focus turned into a laser cutter and my emotional intelligence became an undeniable strength. These benefits helped me grow a successful business, retire early, and become a yoga teacher.

I like to help motivated individuals who want to learn and apply mindfulness to achieve their peak potential.
